Senior Accountant

An accountant with an experience of 5 to 6 years In UAE in the field of Building construction.

Receive Pencil Requisitions and review with Project Executives and Construction Managers.

Receives soft costs and other invoices and verify of Fina including roll forward, mathematical accuracy and completeness of support (Lien waivers, insurance etc.).

Create adjusting journal entries for accruals and prepare required workpapers and coordination with outside accounting firm.

Attends draw request review meetings with bank representatives.

Monthly accounting close and preparation of financial statements of development entities.

Research and administer contracts and agreements between development entities and others.

Coordinate with Asset Manager (AM) to review draw request/capital call, lender requirements, partner reporting and financial statements.

Communicate and coordinate with Asset Management and other departments.

Workload to be spread across multiple projects (3-5) depending on volume.

Watching the petty cash in and out

Controling and watching the cash flow cheques in and out ( suppliers- subcontractor payments etc)

Ready to corporate in the local market situation.
