As a part of our expansion, we are looking to hire a Store Supervisor with the following requirement:
to run the day to day store activities and managing staff in order to achieve company set targets for a particular store.
-Achieve sales targets defined for the store.
-Monitor sales achievements by generating daily/weekly reports & identifying gaps in order to set an action plan.
-Understanding the product contribution in profitability & boosting the sales to achieve high gross profit.
-Participate in a marketing plan, promotions ideas, suggest new products and services as per customer needs.
-Responsible for ordering & managing stock levels within defined limits & customer’s demand.
-Ensure that store merchandising is as per planogram.
-Coordinating with Purchase department for routine orders deliveries & issue.
-Responsible for maintaining wastages within the defined tolerance limits.
-Responsible for staff performance review & development.
-Maintaining sufficient & adequate knowledge of Circle K product range & vendors as well.
-Handling customer complaints escalations & provide them with a satisfactory solution.
-Male/Female
-Good communication skills, English is a must
-Sales driven personality
-Ability to led a team
-Preferably with retail experience.
