Looking for Fleet & Documentation:
Preferably Filipino/Filipina Applicants with experience in fleet handling and documentation:
1. Fleet Coordination –
A. Maintain and update Master Tracker of the Vehicles
B. Verifying supplier’s Monthly invoices and upload in our System (FCA)
C. Monthly Fuel consumption details update in master tracker (usage Data Available in excel format)
D. Monitor the Vehicle usage and control the cost – (Online tracking system is available)
2. Office Documentation – (Filing and Book Keeping, Accounts & Commercial Dept.)
3. Assist Accounts/Commercial Department in Entry Level.
