WE ARE URGENTLY NEEDED FEMALE OFFICE CLERK. THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Calling customers regarding payment and some other issues, and for all the outstanding or pending invoices.
Attending all the complains and reconciliation issues of all the customers regarding invoices and Statement of Accounts.
Track the missing invoices daily and be sure it is settled within 3 days.
Tracking of all the manual invoices made and check all the series if there is missing. (manual sales invoices and D. O’s)
Attending calls, complaints and reconciliation issues of all the suppliers regarding invoices and payments issue.
Filing once a week
Sending updated Statement of Accounts to the customer monthly latest by 10th of the month.
Reading emails on time and Saving emails.
Receiving invoices from the drivers after the delivery.
