We are looking for a reception assistant to manage our reception area. You will act as the “face” of our company and will ensure that visitors receive a warm welcome. It will also coordinate all reception activities, including incoming calls, scheduling appointments and guest services.
As a Front Office assistant, you must combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to provide the best possible service to our clients and our team. Our ideal candidate can efficiently deal with customer concerns and has a strong customer service focus. Ultimately, it must be able to guarantee that our reception offers a professional and cordial service to our customers.
Requirements: Office reception experience or similar, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word), Strong attention to detail, Interpersonal communication skills.
