We are looking for highly motivated, dedicated, tenacious sales executive for our company, one who is looking to take challenging and exciting work experience & opportunity.
You should have good communication and presentation skills with minimum of two to three years of local experience in sales & marketing.
The role
• Research, identify, qualify and target prospective clients & lead for company
• Perform inside and outsides sales activities and functionalities
• Understand the products and identify the potential market and customers & implement innovative business strategies to generate maximum revenue
• Develop customer profile
• Make contact with prospects via the most appropriate means and build relationships
• Attend face to face meetings and present as required
• Follow up conversations over the phone to maximize conversion
• Create tailored proposals based on prospective client needs and requirements
• Produce tender documents for new business opportunities and present in a pitch scenario
• Need to professionally and efficiently manage Sales & marketing functional activities
• Responsible for planning, forecasting and implementation of sales plan
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and year company target
• Adding net new accounts and customers
• Account management clients and keep in regular contact
• Provide general support to the business development management team as require
• Report on Sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure
Who we are looking
• At least 2-5 years’ sales or business development experience
• Engineer & MBA or equivalent
• Experience in the UAE preferred, but not essential
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Must have strong attention to detail and be highly organized
• Must be comfortable conversing with individuals from different backgrounds and at levels of seniority
• A focused and motivated individual who is highly organized, able to hit targets and can manage their own time effectively
• UAE Driving License.
