Secretary cum Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a competent female Secretary cum Sales Coordinator to help us build up our business activities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Help out in HR related works
• Identify potential clients, conduct cold calling, sending emails and organize site visits.
• Responds to client’s inquiries and concerns and maintain noble relationship to gain the project.
• Maintain and improve the movement of the proposal through constantly updating the client.
• Consistently deliver, report and update the progress of the proposal to the Managing Director to take corrective action when required.
• Collaborate with the technical team and the rest of the concerned department to deliver successful project outcomes.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience as Executive Secretary or similar administrative role
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English is REQUIRED
• Filipinos are preferred.
