The position is responsible to control and coordinate all labor camp related activities including maintenance and security within the camp premises. Overseeing camp residents and employees related issues and monitoring camp facilities utilization.
•Maintaining daily report.
•Ensures only workers enter the rooms.
•Looking after the camp administration and general maintenance- water facility, electricity, a/c working or not. Ensures to call for facility management team as and when required.
•Assuring the upkeep of camp is clean and hygienic.
•Send daily reports to the HR Department.
•Send updation to the HR Officer.
•To ensure that the camp was complying with the requirements of local rules and regulations.
To facilitate the visit of any Government officials conducting audit inside the camp premises.
•To supervise the room allotment as per company standard operating procedure. To arrange the accommodation for new arrivals in the camp.
