Visit garage locations on an ongoing basis to ensure vehicles are properly stored and serviced.
SLAs to be initiated with the vendor and measured on a monthly basis.
Coordinate vehicle delivery to clients and collection from clients by communicating directly with garages and account managers
Monitor vehicle mileage and schedule maintenance stops for the vehicles at appropriate
Monitor the utilization of the FlexiPlan fleet on a weekly basis
Monitor list of terminating vehicles from regular operations and propose vehicle additions to the FlexiPlan fleet.
Manage & monitor GHQ fleet. Maximize the utilization for GHQ fleet.
Update NOLS with the required data on FlexiPlan & GHQ vehicles.
Continuous look out for back-up vendors/suppliers to handle all FlexiPlan requirements.
