Executive Secretary

This job is full time job in office and not required for any travel.

Strong command in XL knowledge will be preferred much.

JD as follows.

• Maintain executive’s agenda’s and assist in meetings & conferences
• Taking minutes and maintaining COO diary
• Receive and screen phone calls & redirect them when appropriate
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
• Prepare presentations for the executives and dictate the same to the executives
• Prepare reports when and where required.

Requirements
• Prior experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
• Proficient in MS Office (Hands on V look up & PIVOT table)
• Proficient in making Power point presentations
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Excellent time-management skills
• Outstanding communication in English
• Degree in business administration / Commerce / or relative field will be an advantage.
