Required Female Accountant

Job objective
Supports Senior Accountant on accounting / monthly reporting / audit functions of Energy Engineering (EE)
Responsible for
* General Ledger (GL) transaction accounting
* Accounts Payable (AP) transaction accounting
* Accounts Receivable (AR) transaction accounting
* Monthly balance sheet explanations
Accounting – GL / AP / AR
*Ensure the timely and accurate recording of day-to-day transactions for the EE
*Ensure supplier accounts are properly reconciled
*Issue client invoices based on reports and ensure to record the same in AR.
*Follow up with customers for due payments
*Ensure appropriate accruals and reversal of accruals as necessary based on the review of accounts to support reporting.
Monthly balance sheet accounts explanation
*Review the monthly BS explanation based on the summary Trial Balance extract
*Identify anomalies and preparation of rectification entries in the following month in consultation with the Senior Accountant
*Provide meaningful explanations to the balance sheet accounts for the EE entity, duly collecting the info from various departments.
Other activities
*Assist in various audits of the entity – statutory, internal audits etc.
*Stands up for the Senior Accountant in his absence.
*Actively participate in developing and implementing various accounting tools and in researching ways of reducing lead times.
*Manage the petty cash of the entity
*Assist the Senior Accountant in any other activities as and when required.
Reports to (position of direct hierarchical superior and departmental authority if necessary)
This function reports to the Senior Accountant
Supervises (positions reporting directly and departmental relations if necessary)
No Supervision.

ATS software is not always accurate. So when you’ve found the keywords to put on your resume, you need to include them clearly so that the ATS can read them.
Don’t: Embed resume keywords in images or use fancy fonts.
Do: Use standard fonts and avoid images in favor of plain text.

 

Include a Mix of Skills, Qualifications, and Industry-specific Words
The ideal keywords to include in your resume should be related to soft skills and hard skills.
Other keywords include any certifications you have — as long as they’re specified in the job listing.
For instance, if the job ad for a web developer role mentions “programming languages,” your skills section might look like this:
C++
Java
Python
TypeScript
These languages are good examples of industry-specific terminology. Only people specializing in IT are likely to know what “TypeScript” is.
It’s important to use job-specific resume keywords so that the hiring manager knows you’re familiar with the industry — even if you’re looking for an entry-level job.
Including these words shows you’ve done at least the minimum amount of research, and have an interest in the field.
Also, use synonyms to increase the variety of keywords on your resume. A “programmer” should also refer to themself as a “coder” because these two words mean roughly the same thing, and you never know exactly what terms have been programmed into the ATS.
