Job Description:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
2. Cultivate new sales leads of Warehouse / supply-chain to establish business.
3. Responsible for securing and maintaining new business, sell and negotiate MAXX LOGISTICS services.
4. Provide quotes for current and prospective clients.
5. Update and maintain Logistics Management System, perform analytical and logistics planning.
6. Proactively identifies problems and implement effective solutions.
7. Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed.
8. Achieve individual, team, and company goals.
9. Work closely with Operations /Logistics Managers to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently.
