Bester Capital Investments LLC is currently looking for an experienced Business Application Architect who will oversee and implement all IT business projects and manage project requirements and team.
You will need to plan work schedules with the team and ensure all application work remains within schedule. Strong IT project management experience including interpreting and converting end user requirements to specifications and achieving the desired business results is required
Areas of responsibility will include:
• Overseeing the Design Process for Application Software
• Review Technical Documents and documents related to application architecture, design steps, integration processes and testing procedures
• Creating models and prototypes, evaluating potential risks and defects, analyzing specifications and customizing applications for specific customers
• Providing Technical Support and Training
• Provide solutions in areas of data security, disaster recovery, and data integrity.
• Evaluate and recommend software technologies in various functional areas, evaluate alternatives and analyze problems with data infrastructures.
• Hands on experience with product development and oversight.
• Should also cover maintenance of application software as well as guidelines and standards that should be adhered to for each product.
• Ability to document in detail IT Functional and user testing in accordance with our Software Development Life Cycle
• Create solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems and custom reports
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to problems that occur in the everyday use of applications in conjunction with regular tasks
• Manage the development and execution of test scenarios for application logic, user interfaces, data interfaces and reports
Additional Skills:
• Develop professional relationships with internal teams and establish effective solutions to meet business requirements and provide regular feedback
• Ability to work successfully under limited supervision in a diverse environment and function effectively, working both independently and as a team player.
• Excellent communication skills, preference to multilingual candidates
Experience & Qualification:
• 2-5 years’ experience required as a team lead, web development leader or manager of IT projects.
• At least 2 completed projects overlooking a team size of more than 5 IT specialists.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field required
• Experience in developing web sites, mobile applications, implementing projects on the Internet, and management of Internet shops (B2B and B2C)
• Knowledge of web development technologies, implementation and operation of Agile, Scrum, etc.
Preference will be given to candidates with Project management experience developing new products / systems: resource and scheduling, timely detection of risk management, human resource management, and communications.
