Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
1.Customer Experience Measurement through telephonic contact and field surveys. Diagnosing concern, assigning correction, follow up for root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action, related process improvisation. Arrange periodic review meetings with concerned process Team and Process Owner to monitor progress. Contact Customer after the concern is attended, to ascertain satisfaction under personal visit to customers to identify areas where real value can be added and work on the implementation of same with the cooperation of teams within the company.
2. Market Survey, Analysis and Knowledge sharing.
3. Reactivate lost customers,4 Nurture customer relationship
Experience:
Up to 5 years of Product and Services marketing and sales experience in the commercial vehicles, construction industry and machinery division of a dealer. Experience of account relationship development Photo-shop skill and Photography .and maintenance. Should have planned and delivered strategic and tactical brand promotions. Knowledge and proficiency in social media marketing, digital marketing. Knowledge of Media and media management.
Skills :
Computer Skills in MS Office; Advance Excel Skills. Good Analytical, Business Presentation & Communication Skills.
Pleasing Personality, Clarity of Voice for telephonic contact and survey of customers, Self-disciplined, positive attitude, team player. Passionate about enhancing customer value; excelling quality. Target Orientation

English, Hindi (R, W, S)-Essential.
