Description: We are looking for an experienced Front Office Administrator / Receptionist to be based in Abu Dhabi. This role will involve handling the logistics of a fast-paced tech startup – and you could be the first point of contact, both within and outside the company. The ideal candidate is sharp, resourceful, and highly-organized; with a sense of humor and genuine passion for technology and social impact. – Oversee office logistics; including procurement of supplies, stock maintenance, housekeeping services, petty cash management and payment of office bills
– Upkeep of office and repairs
– Procure airfare and hotel bookings online for travel-related missions
– Plan and coordinate office parties and corporate events
– Manage relationships with vendors
– Compose and prepare correspondences that are sometimes confidential
– A warm and welcoming personality; a team player with a professional demeanor
– Passion for technology and social impact
– Strong work ethic and positive attitude
– Ability to adapt to a fast-moving and constantly changing startup environment
– Emotional maturity; motivated and enthusiastic
