Estimation Engineer

Immediately require Estimation Engineer for a contracting company in Abu Dhabi.
Mandatory requirement: Qualified Electrical Engineer (Degree holder) with minimum 5 years experience in Tendering and Estimation of Supply/ Installation Contract works in Infrastructure Projects in the following areas:
• Cabling Works – HV, MV & LV.
• Substation Works – Minimum up to 33 kV.
• Distribution Network – 11 kV/22 kV/33kV.
• Street Lighting Works.
• Industrial Electrical Works.
• Related Civil works.
Requirements
The candidate should have knowledge of standards and specifications of ADNOC Group of Companies followed by utilities in UAE like ADWEA, ADDC, TRANSCO, DEWA etc.
Should possess good computer skills & analytical skills. Thorough technical knowledge of Turnkey Project and ability to prepare the BOQ from electrical drawings, do cost estimation, sound knowledge of the Tendering process, Market knowledge, Vendor Material Specifications etc.
Knowledge to optimize the designs.
Desirable:
• Negotiation Skills.
• Online Tendering.
• Preparation and submission of Technical Submittals.
• Experience in Oil field works.
• Preparation of Pre Tender and Post Tender queries & Clarifications.
• Primavera P6.
• UAE Driving License.
