Position: Electrical Engineer (Property/Building Inspector)
A Property Inspection Company requires the service of a qualified applicant to fill the position of Electrical Engineer (Property/Building Inspector)
Job Summary:
Inspection of buildings, Offices, Apartments and Villas. The inspections can be a complete review of the properties’ systems, level of maintenance and the overall condition of the property. Our inspections can cover one to all of the following: complete MEP systems, Fire & Life Systems, and Civil Works. We also provide investigative inspections into the failure of the building systems.
Job Specifications
Applicants MUST have a strong working experience in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and/or Facility Maintenance experience)
Must have the ability to communicate in writing in English clearly.
Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a very busy environment.
Must possess detail orientation along with highly developed planning and organizational skills.
Ability to pass the entry exam and do continuous training as needed to become a more efficient inspector.
MUST hold or able to get UAE manual driver’s license preferably before start of employment.
Society of Engineers compliance a MUST
Willing to relocate to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in case required for a period of time.
