Need female Hr officer with minimum 2 years of work experiences in Abu Dhabi with similar role. Candidate with husband/dependant visa or work visa will only be considered.

Job responsibilities:
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies))
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Arrange visa (work permit, Visit visa, Cancellation Visa, Renewal Visa etc.)
• complete medical insurance for employees as UAE Law
• Organize visas for Visit and business-related travel for managers as required.
• Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport related matters.
• Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
• Has to provide admin support as needed.
