Business Development / Sales Senior Executive Fit Out / Interiors

We are looking for a Business Development/ Sales-Sr. Executive who has a good knowledge & experience between 4-5 years’ in the field of Interior Fit-out/ Construction/ Building Material industry. The person should have been involved in few works and coordinated jobs under his portfolio with projects team from Design inception to completion stage.
Qualification & Pre-Requisites.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration as Minimal qualification requirement.
• A good understanding on Fit out elements such as Gypsum partition and ceiling works, Aluminum works, Other ceiling/ cladding elements like Aluminum, SS etc., all kinds of Flooring works, Plastering, Painting works, Basic Joinery elements etc.
• Experience networking among the real estate development, construction companies and design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE based clients will fall as a real advantage to the candidate.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Construction & Interior UAE Market.
• Candidates with UAE Driving License preferred.
• Good presentation / communication skills are highly preferred with clarity of speech.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Should be able to work under pressure and manage stress levels.
• Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with clients.
• At least 2-year experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
• Should have good knowledge on MS OFFICE- Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. and should have a skill sets to prepare good presentations etc. for client brief.
