Your primary role is to ensure that every patient and guests journey is a positive experience from start to finish. You will answer telephone calls, book and cancel appointments.
Qualifications
• This post would suit an organized methodical person with good communication skills.
• You should be self-motivated in accomplishing your daily tasks and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working experience in a similar role in a clinic or hospital setting, medical spa or hotel. The hospitality industry is an ideal for 2 to 5 years’ experience in the customer facing role.

• Ability to speak any Eastern European languages is a serious advantage.
