1) Water Treatment Project Supervisor
Main Purpose & Scope of the job
Planning, supervising, coordinating, operating and maintaining the water treatment services of GIG from swimming pools to filteration equipment.
Assuring that operations comply with the regulations while meeting specific effluent standards.
Supervising and directing subordinate staff.
Water Treatment Project Supervisor Key Responsibilities
1.Planning, scheduling and coordinating work, determining resource needs, overseeing the Water Treatment field team in handling maintenance and new works installation.
2.Providing technical and process direction to team and subordinates with regards to swimming pool maintenance and water treatment components (Filteration, UV etc.)
3.Attending to new sites to assess requirements in order to quote for the Maintenance Services of Water Treatment – Pool, Filteration, Chemicals.
4.Monitoring manual and computer-aided equipment controls and taking corrective action to ensure effective equipment operation.
5.Meeting with clients with or without presence of the Sales team to discuss and finalize maintenance agreements.
6.Providing training of operators with emphasis on safety and process operations.
7.Serving as an incident commander for crises until relieved.
8.Responsible to supervise and manage site emergencies and to notify management of process problems, bypasses and maintenance needs requiring immediate attention.
9.Participating in the development of policies and procedures; monitoring work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards and procedures.
10.Contributing to team efforts as required.
