Main Purpose & Scope of the job
Ensure proper maintenance to keep an attractive, sanitary and safe swimming pool for contracted maintenance villas and
Water Treatment Project Supervisor Key Responsibilities
1.Cleaning of swimming pool, pool deck, equipment areas, filter systems every maintenance visit for the purpose of sanitary and safe condition
2.Inspects swimming pools & SPA’s deck, mechanical equipments, to ensure suitable for safe operation, maintained in attractive and clean condition and/or identifying necessary repairs.
3.Check water level and conduct proper chemical and pH rate, adjust as required by adding necessary chemicals
4.Check filter for pressure reading and bask-washing for the filters.
5.Check time clock for the under-water light(s) and electrical controls.
6.Ensure completion of task may assigned by the immediate superior.
7.Maintains records (e.g. logs, etc.) for the purpose of providing an up-to-date reference trail and/or ensuring compliance with mandated requirements.
8.Prepares purchase orders for supplies, equipment and parts for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items as needed.
