SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. Provide administrative and technical support including Invoicing, Material coordination & Procurement.
2. Handle confidential documents, maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
3. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
REQUIREMNENTS
1. Must possess valid B.Tech degree – Civil / Electrical / Mechanical.
2. Proven experience as Technical coordinator
3. Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting procedures.
4. Excellent communication and administrative vocabulary.
5. In depth knowledge of office management, familiar with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
6. Good organizational and time-management skills.
