Projects Coordinator Arabic Speaking

A leading Fire & Safety & Facility Management Group who are focusing on commercial and residential portfolios across UAE are seeking to expand their integral in-house Fire & Safety & Facility Management Group division.

Preferably an Female Arabic candidate (With Husband visa or Father visa) Male candidates can also apply
Requirements
To coordinate activities related to the projects between Client, BDM & Projects team to ensure any project related issues are resolved
Civil Defense & Government Related
Oversee the Civil Defense approval & renewal for our products
Oversee the renewal of our Civil Defense activities and Lisc.
Prepare all necessary certificates in Arabic (Supply & Installation)
Maintenance Projects
Maintain records of all quotes sent out and ensure same is entered into the CRM.
Weekly meeting with the engineers to determine update on the status of the inquiries.
Ensure any new site visits are arranged within 48 hours of request initiation.
Update the project tracker and maintain all work schedules, budgets & expenditures.
Arrange to visit the sites on random inspections and ensure the works are properly being executed.
New Projects
Support on any documents / correspondences required
Coordinate with Projects Team to get updates on jobs status monthly
Ensure any design changes on site are reflected / informed to the Design & Estimation team.
General
Organize, attend and participate in project related meetings.
Document & follow up important action points from meetings related to projects.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Support sales team and prepare prequalification’s & submittals.
Ensure projects documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Organize and maintain project files in coordination with admin.
Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager
Prepare all documents / correspondences required in Arabic for government sectors
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge quality management, file management, transcription and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Job location will be Dubai
Experience in Civil defence contracts & MEP Contracting Companies
Fluency in Arabic is ESSENTIAL for this role (both spoken and written)
Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written
