Our company is looking for Office Executive / Receptionist
We require a self-motivated individual who has some experienced in office management.
Job description
• Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Updating the website, marketing mediums and social media with the latest information of the product.
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc
Job Requirements
In addition to relevant experience and secretarial/administrative knowledge, candidates will need to show evidence of the following:
• Female Only.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Must have good Telephone manners.
• Excellent word processing and IT skills.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Publisher etc.) with some knowledge of photo editing and video making.
• Honesty and reliability;
• Creative, fast learner
• excellent organizational skills;
• the ability to work on your own initiatives;
• an understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
*Prior experience in similar field will be considered
Salary to start at AED 2500+ (salary will also depend on individual credentials).
Office Location: Dubai Marina near Jumeirah Beach Residence. Office timing 9am to 6pm. 5 1/2 days working. Sunday to Thursday and Saturday 1/2 day.
