Accounts Assistant

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting / Financial Management or any related field
2. Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in the same field
3. Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to details
4. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices and standards
5. Thorough working knowledge of MS office application and accounting software and databases
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Responsibilities:
1. Processing receipts, sales invoices, payments and petty cash voucher
2. Maintaining financial records which accurately record the business’ incoming and outgoing finances
3. Create and update expense reports and prepare bank deposits
4. Maintain digital and physical financial records (invoices, vat returns, petty cash, etc.)
5. Issue invoices to customer and external partners as needed
6. Others accounting related tasks requested by the manager.
