We are looking for two attentive and reliable part-time call center agents for our company based in Dubai Silicon Oasis to work in the evening shift.
The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to; Receive incoming calls. Helping the customers by listening to their queries and assisting them accordingly. Maintains call center database by entering information. Answer phones and respond to customer requests and clarify the desired information. Follow-up on customer inquiries which are not solved immediately. Being Punctual. Would be able to take instructs in a positive manner. Would be able to work during the weekends and on Public holidays (subject to requirement).
Skills Required; Language: English, Hindi/Urdu and Arabic (basic). High school or general equivalency diploma. Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office. Total numbers of Vacancy: 2
If required will be asked to work on the weekends and Public holidays. SALARY: 20 AED per hour (Hourly basis). Fresher’s can also apply. Candidates only on Sponsored Visa are requested to apply. Visit / Tourist Visa shall not be considered.
