Job Responsibility:
• Coordination of website development and creative works.
• Keeping records of client queries and technical support issues
• Client interaction (phone calls, emails, etc)
• Updating website content
• Creating and Updating self-help documents so clients can try to fix problems themselves
• Working closely with Sales team to enhance the business
• Tele calling to support sales team
• Maintaining project details, daily trackers and MIS reporting.
Eligibility
• Basic Experience or Knowledge in computers.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication skills with clear accent
• On Husband or depended Visa.
