Laundry Shop Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and self motivated lady Shop Attendant for our Laundry.
Age: 25 – 35yrs.
Responsibilities:
a) Take care of the shop independently
b) Answer phone calls and reply whatsapp messages promptly, with regard to laundry pick up, deliveries, and other requirements from customers, following proper telephone etiquettes
c) Make bills and record in the system
d) Inspect / Sort / Pack / Receive / Dispatch the clothes
e) Ensure that our pick up and delivery services are met on time by coordinating with driver and customer promptly
f) Make clothes ready for delivery after verifying the number of items in each bill
g) Liaising with our suppliers, customers and driver to solve any problem immediately that arises
h) Creating digital marketing content and post on social media channels like Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, etc
Skills:
Good command of written and verbal English communication skills
Basic computer skills
Another language is an advantage
Remuneration:
Salary AED 1500-2000 (depending on experience) + Sales Commission + Visa + Insurance.
Timings: 9AM – 9PM
*Prior laundry experience is an advantage.
