Responsibilities: Provide technical knowledge in reviewing and coordinating architectural details along with all other trades. Must have a good experience in high-end finishing projects (High-Rise, Hotels, Office Buildings… Etc.). Overseeing finished plans, specifications, and material approval. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. Resolve design issues with innovative and practical solutions. Multi-tasker who can prioritize tasks and manage time independently and can take responsibilities and the ability to deliver work on time.
Requirements: Experience in providing inputs to drafting team and prepare high-quality shop-drawings. Bachelors Degree. Must have construction site total experience 10 years and 5 years in UAE.
