RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
* Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
* Receiving and sorting daily mail and replying accordingly.
* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
* Update calendars and schedule meetings.
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
* Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
* Maintain employees register.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Customer service attitude
* Solid written and verbal communication skills.
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Only female candidates can apply
* Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
* Minimum Bachelors Degree required.
* Employees with husband/resident visa will be preferred.
