The CNC Operator will assist the production team. Knowledge in operating FANUC Controller & creating CNC program thru CAD software are the key elements of this position.
Responsibilities :
-Assists the production team in creating Dies, Cutting Tools, Rings & other required materials in perfect measurements.
-Create & edit programs thru any CAD/CAM Software.
-Conduct Tool Life Studies and purchases machine components from part lists.
-Inspects finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
-Troubleshoots problems with equipment, devices, or products – measures and records data associated with operating equipment.
Qualifications:
-CNC programming knowledge and demonstrated problem solving skills along with understanding basic CAD usage.
-Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
-Knowledge in FANUC Control.
