Two (2) Sales Executives • At least (1) Arabic speaker • With working experience in Marine , Automobile, spare parts, indoor & outdoor, has driven license or he/she can get one Job • Generates sales opportunities by identifying potential targets.
• Listens to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Provides a professional level of customer sales and after sales service with existing and new customers via telephone calls and emails
• Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team.
• Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of order status so as to identify potential issues related to the project & for customized requirements
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met.
• Responsible for payment collections.
• Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Provides quotations from accurate, rapid cost calculations and responding to all customer’s inquiries • • Records sales and order information and sending copies to the general manager
• Prepares sales and database reports
• Represents the company in product exhibitions & events
• Develops solutions for better customer’s satisfaction.
