Receptionist / Secretary

We are looking for Receptionist/Secretary with good communication skills & experience in the same role.
This position will handle a wide range of areas involved in sales administration and receptionist duties including but not limited to Job Profile Attend to customer calls and enquiries Drafting sending letters and quotations Managing appointments Filing Assisting the coordinator and sales team.
Required Characteristics Skills
Bachelor’s Degree 2-3 years experience in similar position
Well organised, presentable English fluency is a must
Additional languages give an advantage
Proficiency with MS Office is a must.
