We are looking to hire Asst. store manager for retail show rooms in Abu Dhabi & Dubai. Candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in same field.
Responsibilities
1. Coach and support other team members
2. Hire and train new employees for the sales floor or other departments (e.g. shipping and receiving)
3. Maintain and monitor store inventory
4. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
5. Greet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy
6. Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality
7. Maintain product levels appropriately
8. Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store’s online presence
9. Process sales when necessary
10. Generate and review daily sales report
Required Skills:
1. 2+ years’ experience in a retail setting
2. 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role preferred but not required
3. High school diploma/GED required
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
5. Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills needed
