1. UAE working experience is mandatory and fixed, at least 3-5 years;
2. Capable of dealing with ID and finishing works, external road works, to be good at all the above will be highly appreciated.
3. Coordination works between MEP sub contractor, knowing the procedures and standards of MEP works and familiar to claim from them.
4. All these conditions should be satisfied to avoid bad impact on the progress.
