URGENT HIRING: Helicopter Fueler / Fuel Truck Driver (3 Nos.)
Leads Security Safety Aviation Consultancy is accepting applications for a fuel truck driver / helicopter fueler position to support our aircraft in the local area as well as in the field flying utility operations. The schedule is flexible.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Driving the Fuel Service Vehicle in various locations.
Managing and testing fuel quality control.
Conduct inspections of fuel equipment/vehicle to ensure safe and efficient operations of fuel distribution systems within a mobile or fixed unit.
Check pumping systems for correct operating pressure or unusual noises.
Receive, store, and/or transfer fuel from and to fuel storage tanks and fuel tankers.
Fill fuel tanks as necessary, perform grounding, safety checks, connect hose to load and unload fuel. Monitor the process, record all meter readings, prepare necessary documentation and report to supervision. Perform safety checks and tests as prescribed by Company.
Education and/or Experience:
High school graduate or college graduate (preferred).
Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Previous experience as a Medium or Heavy Truck Driver preferred.
Commercial Driver’s License:
• Category 3 Light Motor Vehicle
• Category 4 Heavy Truck
• Category 5 Mini Bus
• Category 6 Heavy Bus
Skills/Requirements:
Good communications skills and coordination with the pilot to provide quality services to our customers.
Clean driving record.
Knowledge in Computer
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and be capable to climb the vehicle to perform pre-trip inspections and other related duties
Ability and willingness to travel and be away from base for extended periods of time.
