Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
• To manage and conduct the daily brief on deliveries for the day, route issues and vehicle maintenance issues for the logistics team prior to the loading and the dispatch for the day.
• To handle the necessary export/import certificates and other permits related to transfer and receiving of items/stocks from inside Oman or outside the country.
• To handle stocks/items transfer in Oman areas especially from Muscat to Salalah areas. And also in UAE and Saudi transfer.

• To assist the Manager in the day to day running of the Operations that includes Warehousing and Logistics.
• To receive products from suppliers in compliance with the company purchase policy and confirmation of receipts.
• To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the Manager.
• To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures, standards, policies and directives issued by the department head.
• To assist QA with all activities related to internal/external audits for the Operations Department.
• Ensure equipment in good condition with all installed safety guards in place; ensure equipment’s are holding certificates to assure safety guards in place.
• Record all near misses, unsafe acts, work practices and recommend corrective monitor progress on a regular basis for continual progress.
• Maintain the accident & incident register, hazard identification and risk assessment register.
• Liaise with fleet rental company for all issues pertaining to the maintenance of the vehicles and other requirements related to mechanical and refrigerating problems.
The Successful Applicant
The role is 100% customers driven so you must be a go-better. It is essential that you have operations and supply chain experience in the field.
Additionally, the appropriate individual for this role must be well spoken in English or Arabic
• The successful candidate must have 1 to 3 years’ experience in operations position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company.
• It is essential that you hold a College Degree.
• You must have developed strong customer service capabilities and should be a team player.
• Preferred nationalities: Omani
• From 25 to 35 years old
