Require a receptionist cum admin assistant with minimum 3 years UAE experience in the same field with good verbal and written communication skills in English.
We are looking for someone who has the following work attributes but not limited to:
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist cum admin assistant.
• Professional attitude, disciplined, well-groomed and dedicated.
• Should possess the ability to filter the incoming/outgoing mails and drafting of mails
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
• Having expertise in social media and technology savy able to manage the online property portals independently.
• Should be career oriented, cheerful, focused, a good team player and should be able to complete work in given deadlines.
• Should be able the co-ordinate with the other departments of the office related to admin, sales and maintenance related work.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
