Job Purpose
Enter the old record/data of import and export documents in the excel file.
File the documents in order/as per 3C Metal procedure
Responsibilities and Duties
• Verify documents
• Trace missing documents
• Follow-up with supplier for missing custom documents.
• Enter records into the excel file
• Prepare folder for each project and file all associated documents
• Follow up with supplier for material delivery with reference to delivery date mentioned in PO
• Maintain all inward and outward documents for custom audit purpose.
• Enter new record in new system

Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in dealing with customs documents
Qualification and Knowledge
• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of Import and Export procedures and documentation required
• Knowledge of online customs
