Duties and responsibilities
Be the main contact person between the in-house client and the company.
Ensure all necessary steps are being taken from the booking, execution to evaluation of the tour.
Handle feedback and complaint in a professional manner.
Act as a liaison between the office and the field staff (drivers, guides, suppliers and freelancers)
Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (reservations, account and general manager)
Be flexible to work outside office hours if necessary
