* Attending MICE Bookings / Group Hotel Bookings.
* Preparing Costing itineraries as required by the clients.
* Negotiations with Hotels and Vendors.
* Display competence in call / email handling and completing a reservation from beginning to end
* Must be computer literate. Proficiency in written and spoken English and French. Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic and attitude.
* Knowledge of destinations from MICE perspective (French Market) Well versed with Excel costing and high end Power Point Presentation. Should be able to quote independently for MICE Groups. Should be able to handle the operations independently. Preparing itineraries and costing of corporate for their MICE tours. Coordinating with suppliers. Majorly in B2B sales/operations Inbound. Must have good networking in MICE market.
