Respond to requests for information from the media or designate an appropriate spokesperson or information source
• Study the objectives, promotional policies, or needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products, or services
• Plan or direct development or communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public or stockholder perceptions of an organization’s accomplishments or agenda
• Establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, or public interest groups.
• Prepare or edit organizational publications for internal and external audiences, including employee newsletters and stockholders’ reports
• Confer with production or support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements or promotions
• Confer with other managers to identify trends or key group interests or concerns or to provide advice on business decisions
• Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product or service awareness or to promote goodwill.

• Draw up plans of media campaigns and state their objectives. I investigate the possibilities of coordination with the local and international media in this regard.
• Prepare and supervise the preparation of the various types of publications, promotional videos, photos and multimedia programs.
• Enhance the mutual relations of the company with the media organization including the local newspapers, magazines and TV and broadcasting stations.
• Promote the company’s visual image and reputation before third parties.
• Undertake the organization of special events such as press conferences, exhibition, competition and sponsorships.
• Enhance the relation with the society through open day events and contribution in social work.
• Review, assess and proofread edited documents and reports, in both Arabic and English languages, to ensure relevance, accuracy, clarity, consistency, timeliness, and a balance to the content being presented.
• Participate in ensuring that all the images and graphics content have been edited using professional graphic software tools and work.
• Attend press conferences, meetings and other events when required.
• Handle the method of distribution for the newsletter and reports printed.
• Check that all pictures are appropriate, processed, saved and ready in time to meet deadlines.
• Assist in the development and maintaining of a media database.
• Keep abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
• Perform any other related activity.
