Job :
SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
– Masters product/service knowledge
– With good selling skills and strategy
– Achieves sales targets
– Delivers new prospects and leads
– Meets up with customers
– Receives inquiries
– follow up with customers
– Closes deals
– Maintains good relationship with existing customers
– Inquiring customers for new requirements
– Coordinates with Customer Service of finalized transactions, for them to communicate and get satisfaction feedback from customers.
– Prepares weekly reports on the sales progress
– Update/add new customer to Google Documents.
TELESALES EXECUTIVE:
– Masters product/service knowledge
– With good selling skills and strategy
– Achieves sales targets
– Delivers new prospects and leads
– Conducts a minimum of 35-40 sales calls daily.
– Receives inquiries
-Receives rates from agents, airlines, shipping lines for rates, through the pricing coordinator.
– Prepare quotations
– follow up with customers
– Closes deals
– Maintains good relationship with existing customers
– Inquiring customers for new requirements/business
– Coordinates with Customer Service with the shipment status, for them to communicate and get satisfaction feedback from customers.
– Prepares weekly reports on the sales progress
– Update/add new customer to Google Documents.
-Telesales experience is a must.
