Sales Executive / Van Salesman

We are looking to hire highly enthusiastic, self motivated sales executives position for an FMCG Distribution Company dealing with Biscuits, Chips and confectionary. Ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in UAE market, preferably from the food and confectionery selling companies, with a strong network. To have previous experience (minimum 03 years) in outdoor sales of FMCG products, interactions with Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, retailers, is must. Candidate to have strong communication skills with adeptness in English language. Should be able to manage direct sales to customers and recording all sales vouchers, accounts, etc. Candidate to manage the product listing with the supermarkets, including merchandising and shelving of products. To be able to meet Sales Target set for weekly/monthly and quarterly. Should be able to handle the full Sales cycle including not limited to marketing, sales and merchandising of the products including after sales services such as payment collections, customer feedback, etc. Candidates should be committed to the Job roles with a sense of ownership for the Products. Preferably Indians who can speak English and Hindi. Speaking other regional languages such Malayalam and Arabic will be plus point. Candidate from South Indian subcontinent would be given preference due to the prevailing market circumstances. Salary and Commission based on new sales orders turnover shall be given based on company policy and shall be discussed during the interview. Salary: AED 3,000.00 / month plus attractive commission. UAE Driving license is a must for this role.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma or any related THIS IS URGENT REQUIREMENT. THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY WILL BE PREFERRED.
