Territory Sales Executive

We are vegetable producer and agricultural consultant company. Our focus is to produce premium quality vegetable items and distribute it in UAE. We are already growing exponentially in retail industry and aiming to expand more.
Currently we are looking for retail territory sales executives to grow our sales network in supermarkets, mini marts, hyper markets and convenience stores.
Job responsibilities:
Each sales executive would be assigned with a territory
Developing new B2B clients in assigned territory
Establishing long term and profitable relationships with clients
Introducing company’s new items and brands to the clients
Responsible for weekly, monthly & quarterly sales targets
Responsible for sales growth inside the assigned territory
Managing deliveries, merchandising and cash collections
Requirements:
Candidates must be from FMCG or Fresh Food industry
Must have experience in outdoor sales
Must have DRIVING LICENSE
Should have good expertise in sales techniques
Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills
Should be a good professional & should possess “Can Do” attitude
Should possess hardworking and growth oriented mindset
Must be self motivated
