Junior Accountan

RESPONSIBILITIES
Shall be responsible in the preparation of monthly financial statements, (annual,
monthly and weekly projections of revenue and expenditure budget).
Reviewing and checking of trade payable and preparation of check disbursements.
Verify journal entries and ledgers. Maintain all required supporting documents/
files.
Collections of accounts receivables, follow up of outstanding invoices, verify
discrepancies in contracts.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance
sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Preparation of monthly payroll funds request & funds transfer to each employee’s
bank account. This would include accounting of salaries; allowances such as
transportation, accommodation, air ticket, gratuity & the like and checking and
facilitate payment of business claims.
Petty cash handling
Preparing budget analysis, bank reconciliation, income/expense summary.

Knowledge in Quick-books is an advantage
Excellent in advance excel
Know principles and practices of accountancy
Knowledge in Corporate Finance
Deadline-Oriented
3-5 years working experience as an Accountant
Accounting graduate.
