An exciting opportunity has become available in one of UAE’s well-established Event Management Company, making room for strategic minded Arabic Event Coordinator / Client Services Executives. We are looking into hiring 2 Female Arabic Even Coordinator / Client Services Executives
Job :
Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share and revenue for events
Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets
Negotiate, close deals, and work closely with clients to assess and understand current and future needs & account management
Produce detailed proposals and concepts for events ( timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
Working with the event management team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative event management services
Involving the event team to win new deals as a team and interact closely with the client to ensure smooth interaction and successful execution.
Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients
Attend events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities
Desired skills and experience:
Excellent client facing skills with the ability and confidence to set up new business opportunities and hold new client meetings.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Event / Media industry.
Advanced market knowledge for events industry
Strong negotiation & decision making skills.
