Solar Sales Manager

We are looking for a competent Solar Sales Manager to help us lead our business activities.
Responsibilities:
•Create sales & marketing strategies
•Identify potential clients
•Organizing sales visits or set-up meetings with clients for comprehensive proposal presentation on products/ services
•Ensure prompt follow-up with customers for requirements needed for technical studies and manage all customers’ interaction up to order
•Maintaining noble relationship with customer to close deal and gain the project
•Follow-up and monitor the movement of the proposal until the project is successfully initiated
•Manage the sales process for tenders
•Manage sales activities of other team members
•Aiming to achieve sales target
•Report directly to the Managing Director for the daily update or progress of the proposal
•Travel to and from sales meetings will be required, for which a driving license is essential
Requirements:
•Must be English & Arabic Speaking
•Candidates with a minimum experience in handling solar PV projects and with proven experience as a sales & marketing manager with at least 3 years experience in UAE
•Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
•Comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and techniques
•Confident, credible, and equally comfortable in dealing with members of the public, local government, businesses and other organizations.
•Proficiency in MS Office Software
•An Engineering degree will be an added advantage
•With UAE Driving License.

Resume Keyword Practices to Avoid
We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
However, be careful not to overdo it.
Packing your resume full of keywords is almost as bad as not including any at all.
Don’t forget that a real person will (hopefully) see your resume at some point. So use natural language that engages that person.
Tip
Make sure you balance hard skills vs soft skills on your resume to show you’re a rounded candidate.
Otherwise, they’ll think you’re either a bad writer — which indicates your communication skills aren’t good — or assume you’re trying to beat the ATS, making you seem dishonest.

 

Dishonest Keywords
It’s tempting to simply include all of the keywords you see in a job posting on your resume to maximize your chances of getting past the ATS.
But hiring managers are going to be suspicious if they see a resume that’s too perfect.
And even if you make it through to the interview, expect to be pressed with some tough questions about your skills.
Stick to the abilities and qualifications you actually have. Adding skills you lack will waste everyone’s time.
