Key Functions to Perform: 1. Complete management of Human Resource System (software) (Fully utilizes Human Resources software to the company’s advantage. 2. Performance Management 3. HR policies and procedures (creation to its implementation) 4. Employee exit management 5. Payroll Management through HRMS 6. Building on the standard operating procedures (SOP)’s on the responsibilities performed 7. MIS reporting. 8. HR communication across the company. 9. Health and safety 10. Foster team work and assist in other functions within the HR department.
Key Requirements:
1. Has worked for a company with 100 employees.
2. Sound knowledge of UAE Labour laws on all matters.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take decision as and when required after proper and full analysis made as per business need.
4. Communication (highly skilled) both in written and verbal in English. Arabic an advantage
5. 3-4 years of Human resource experience in the UAE and at-least 2 years outside UAE. Out of which at-least one year working experience in a similar role in the UAE.
